Batman Arkham Asylum Episode 15!

Finally catching up on these. Yeah the people in cages are pretty much the insaner inmates of Arkham. Ironically they are much easier to deal with than the henchmen since all it takes is one punch and a ground takedown to take them out. 

Also that you tried to free but couldn't was clayflace. If you looked away from him and looked back he would change into different people like Gordon. He's actually an answer to a riddle and you have to scan him to answer the riddle.
