His eyes narrowed. I noticed the ‘vomit-stain' had a few new additions, including a lightning bolt of some kind...
General Admiral Makarov is the second in command of the Hooviets and the main antagonist of the Shining Armor Arc of the Pony POV Series. After being slighted by Shining Armor, this Parody Villain Sue dedicates himself to killing Shining. However, Makarov's true motives and nature are far more sinister, and his Cutie Mark's complexity may owe to more than just him being a Parody Sue.
This is meant to be his Cutie Mark for when he showed up the second time. See the first one fav.me/d69lp5d A third one is coming quickly.
Added a few new additions to the Cutie Mark, including the lightning bolt that was mentioned.
