Kamen Rider OOO: Before They Knew Want
(Based on the Kamen Rider OOO Novel. See A/N's for explanations.)
Kazari:
I am the King of Cats.
I watch us stalk. I watch us prowl.
We run as fast as the wind howls.
A cat takes what it wants and needs
That is any feline's creed
There's nothing else, that is that.
Mezool:
I am the Queen of the Seas
Swimming gracefully and free.
All my children swimming with me.
The water is where from which all life sprung.
I listen as my largest children sung,
And by their side is where I shall be.
Gamel:
I am the King of the Land
The land is strong and proud
Hear us roar big and loud.
But we also have a softer side.
With their mother the kids can hide.
...By a mother will I ever stand?
Uva:
I am the King of Insects
I watch as my swarm thrives.
As my bees grow strong in their hives.
Insects will not die, that is a fact,
We always survive, don't worry about that.
I watch my swarms fly, as a whole, complete.
All: Wait, don't take it all away!
...Why couldn't dreaming could we stay?

Forged from His great desire.
I wait to bathe the world in fire.
Watching my brethren sow havoc and strife
Until at last I gain life.
On that day, the world's bell will ring.

A series of quick, more free verse poems (well, they rhyme, but I didn't let the number of syllables) based on the Greeed from Kamen Rider OOO.
Basically, in the Kamen Rider OOO novel, it's revealed Ankh was sapient during the time before his tenth medal was removed and he awakened, and was known as the King of Birds, and his mind roamed the world, content with his 'subjects' so to speak.
So I thought, what about the OTHER Greeed?
This is from the POV of the other Greeed before they awakened and I threw it together because this imagine wouldn't leave my head. I tried to base this around what the Greeed's ultimately desired upon awakening, trying to explain WHY they turned out that way.
Also, Gamel's is INTENTIONALLY different than the rest to explain WHY he was the Greeed with no desires of his own.
And yes, I included Giru because while he ultimately turned out to be unique, his Cores still EXISTED before then, therefore he needed to have a mind before that.
